Abstracts

Abstract submission is open. The deadline for submission is midnight October 7.


  1. Log in.
  2. If you have never logged in to our site before:
    • Members: You automatically have an account in our system. If we do not have your email address, on record please contact DMC to set up your web login.
    • Guests who have not created a PVSS website login: Create a new account.

  3. Click on "Submissions" to create an abstract.
  4. Once you have created your abstract, complete the form. Please note the required fields.
  5. To include a graph, table or image, use the "Browse" feature below the Body section to upload your file. Graphs, tables or images must be *.jpg file format, no larger than 64K.
  6. If your abstract is accepted you will be asked to provide a separate file for publication. Graphs, tables or images will appear as intended in the printed program.
  7. If you need to "Log Out", you can log in again to edit or complete your submission.
  8. When your abstract is complete, submit for review by choosing the "Submit for Review" selection from the Status pull down menu at the top of the Abstract Update page.
  9. If you need to withdraw your abstract, choose "Delete" from the Status pull down menu at the top of the Abstract Update page.
